Traffic Prosecutions Manager
Direct a vital team in managing traffic offences ensuring Leicestershire roads are safe.
As Traffic Prosecutions Manager within the Criminal Justice department, you will ensure the smooth and effective running on the Traffic Prosecutions team, including both officers and staff. You will represent Leicestershire Police within regional and national agency meetings.
Furthermore, you will ensure the continuous improvement of Road Traffic Collision policy and procedures, making sure the latest legislation is being followed by the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise the overall processes of the team, maximising efficiency.
- Liaise with partnership agencies and organisations.
- Manage the provision of specialist advice and guidance.
The must haves
- Experience supervising a team in performance/ project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience implementing successful new systems and procedures.
