Initial Police Trainer

To develop and deliver training to students undergoing initial police training ensuring all students are confident, knowledgeable, and skilled to required standards of Lincolnshire Police.

Demonstrate the force values at all times by being open, courageous, fair and inclusive and in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.

The role will require you to work closely with members of the Learning and Development Team, force colleagues, internal/external stakeholders and other delivery teams.

Shift Pattern

Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1600 Friday 0800 - 1530

Some weekend work throughout the year to support the training of our Special Constable cohorts.
