Applications are invited for a Regional CTSA Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing based.
In this role you will support senior leaders internally and externally, in the development and delivery of Protect and Prepare problem solving strategies supporting National CONTEST objectives. You will manage the Counter Terrorism Security Advisors (CTSA) and Counter Terrorism Awareness Advisors (CTAA) ensuring efficient operational activity, tasking and performance.
You will come with experience of working within a CT/Special Branch or covert environment and have supervisory experience. You will need to hold, or have the ability to complete, the City and Guilds licentiateship in CT security management.
Experience of engaging and working with partners is essential as is having knowledge of relevant IT systems and HR processes. You must have a willingness and ability to travel and work throughout the NE Region and the UK and be prepared to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements.
