ERSOU - ROCU - Police Staff PO3 - Specialist Intelligence Supervisor

Are you an experienced intelligence or investigative professional looking for an opportunity to play a critical role in tackling serious and organised crime at a regional and national level?

ERSOU is seeking a highly motivated and capable Specialist Intelligence Supervisor to lead a team of Case Officers within the Sensitive Intelligence Unit/NCA London. Working alongside the National Crime Agency and key law enforcement partners, you will oversee the development and management of highly sensitive intelligence, providing expert advice and direction in support of complex investigations, anti-corruption activity, operational security and crime-in-action deployments.

The role requires strong leadership, sound judgement and the ability to build effective partnerships across regional and national policing networks.

As the supervisor of a specialist team, you will be responsible for managing performance, prioritising workloads, maintaining operational resilience and acting as a subject matter expert in covert law enforcement techniques and intelligence development. You will play a key role in supporting strategic policing priorities while representing ERSOU within the NCA's specialist intelligence function.
